Job Description

Team Administrator - London

GKR International, a leading Real Estate Talent Specialists, is seeking an experienced Team Administrator to join their team in London.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, standard working hours.

Salary: Salary is dependent on experience, ranging from £32,000 to £40,000.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and setting up meeting rooms.
  • Providing dedicated administrative support to the senior management team.
  • Managing incoming calls, redirecting to the appropriate department, and taking messages.
  • Compiling property listings, preparing reports, and maintaining the database.
  • Providing cover for other team administrators/PAs and the broader support team during absences and leave.
  • Creating documents for senior management to support bid/pitch meetings.
  • Preparing invoices and managing expense reports.
  • Assisting in the coordination of company events.
  • Maintaining office supplies, ensuring IT and facilities are in good working order.
  • Liaising with suppliers on behalf of the team.
  • Organizing travel arrangements.

Ideal Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong administrative skills and previous experience in a Team Administrator, PA, or similar Office Management role.
  • Able to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
  • Confidently dealing with clients over the phone and in person.
  • Previous experience working in Real Estate would be advantageous or a similar corporate setting.
  • Good numeracy skills.
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office.
  • Personable, excellent at building long-term relationships, a team player, and professional demeanor at all times.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a meticulous and proactive approach to tasks.
  • Helpful, adaptable, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.
