Job Title: Head of Schools Partnerships

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our National Schools Programme, driving forward our core programmes with schools and achieving ambitious growth targets.

About the Role:

  • Lead the development and implementation of our National Schools Programme, working closely with our marketing team to scale up our programmes to achieve growth targets.
  • Collaborate with schools and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality arts education programmes, ensuring a positive impact on students and communities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools, local authorities, and other education partners to promote our programmes and services.
  • Manage and evaluate the effectiveness of our National Schools Programme, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Work closely with our marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our programmes and services to schools and other stakeholders.

About You:

  • Substantial experience working as a leader in the education/cultural sector, with a proven track record of making a positive impact on students and communities.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the education sector and experience of working with schools, including knowledge of curriculum requirements and teaching methods.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including schools, local authorities, and other education partners.
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts clearly and effectively.
