About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Migration Specialist to join our team at Execo. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth migration of data from various contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Review and Analysis: You will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing a wide range of contracts, including Patent License Agreements, IT Procurement Agreements, Software and Data License Agreements, and other commercial contracts.
  • Data Extraction and Migration: You will extract and migrate data from these contracts, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaboration and Communication: You will work closely with our team of lawyers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.
  • Quality Control and Assurance: You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of the migrated data and associated documentation.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: You should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in law and a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in contract abstraction and migration.
  • Technical Skills: You should have strong analytical and logical skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Soft Skills: You should have good written and verbal communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong attention to detail.
