About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director or Business Development Manager to lead our Sales Team at Evans Halshaw Citroen, Jeep & Fiat Hull.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth and revenue expansion through effective leadership and strategic planning.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and targets.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve top CSI scores.
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and regulations, maintaining trust and integrity in all interactions.
  • Manage dealership operations, including stock management and presentation, to create a positive customer experience.
Requirements
  • Proven sales leadership experience in the automotive industry, with a strong track record of success.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the Telesales and Retention Team to drive sales growth.
  • Commitment to doing the right thing and treating customers fairly, with a focus on continuous learning and improvement.
