Enterprise Account Executive

PagerDuty is seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new business opportunities and managing existing relationships with Global 2000 level accounts.
Key Responsibilities:- Create and develop new business deals with a focus on strategic planning and team selling approach.
- Engage with prospects to earn their business and deliver compelling arguments at the executive level.
- Partner with our BDRs, Executive team, Solution Consultants, Marketing, and Alliances teams to support your efforts and drive success.
- Highlight the unique value and benefits of PagerDuty's products and services to customers.
- Understand the problems and focus areas of stakeholders and effectively communicate technical wins and strategic business outcomes.
- Establish, oversee, and maintain genuine connections with customers.
- Negotiate positive business outcomes with new customers and manage complex sales cycles.
- 12+ years of field sales experience, preferably in software sales/SaaS sales.
- 6+ years of new logo/new customer acquisition closing experience.
- 4+ years of experience successfully selling into Strategic Enterprise accounts in the Global 2000 space.
- 4+ years of experience successfully positioning and selling in a multi-product environment.
