About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Account Executive. As an ambassador for Elemis, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of the Elemis Account at Champneys, promoting the sales of Elemis products, and developing and growing the retail sales of the brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create engaging activities to stimulate interest in the Elemis brand among clients.
  • Drive the growth of sales of the Elemis brand.
  • Analyze and report weekly/monthly sales figures and business performance to the Regional Business Manager and Senior Head of UK Spa and Salon.
  • Perform ELEMIS Express treatments and HD consultations to promote Elemis treatments and brand.
  • Support the ongoing product knowledge and retail training for the Champneys spa team working with the Elemis brand.
  • Motivate and lead the retail spa consultant(s) and therapists (where necessary) working with the Elemis brand.
  • Conduct promotions and demonstrations as required.
  • Manage the counter Rota to ensure business support at all times.
  • Ensure regular stock takes and orders are carried out.
  • Collaborate with other individuals and colleagues in the Company and within Champneys, sharing knowledge, helping colleagues, and promoting a spirit of mutual respect and support.
Requirements
  • Beauty Therapy qualification highly desirable.
  • GCSEs in Maths and English grades A-C or equivalent.
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Management and retail experience within the same industry.
  • Practical work experience in conducting treatments.
  • Good level of computer literacy.
