Financial Accounting Manager

Greenwell Gleeson is seeking a highly skilled Financial Accounting Manager to join our team in Ashby de la Zouch. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate financial consolidation and reporting for our group.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements
  2. Develop and implement financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making
  3. Manage the external audit process, ensuring all reporting deadlines are met
  4. Coordinate the payroll function and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
  5. Provide ad-hoc financial information and analysis to support business needs
Requirements
  1. Qualified ACA/ACCA/ACMA with 5+ years of PQE
  2. Strong technical accounting skills and experience with UK GAAP and IFRS
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and drive outcomes
  4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
