Financial Accounting Manager

Greenwell Gleeson is seeking a highly skilled Financial Accounting Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely, accurate, and consistent financial consolidation and reporting for the group.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure timely and accurate financial consolidation and reporting
- Prepare monthly and annual reports for the group with board commentary
- Improve financial controls and systems to ensure tight balance sheet controls
- Prepare UK GAAP and IFRS reports
- Develop and maintain balance sheet and cash flow forecasts
- Coordinate the external audit process to ensure all reporting deadlines are met
- Manage the payroll function
- Qualified ACA/ACCA/ACMA with 5+ years of PQE
- Strong technical experience and ability to work effectively globally
- Ability to develop relationships and influence people to drive outcomes
- Experience in a fast-paced creative and growing environment
