Summer School Welfare Manager

International House London is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Summer School Welfare Manager to join our team in Oxford. As a key member of our Centre Management Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our students, aged 8-17, from around the world.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor student welfare, including illness, homesickness, and absence from lessons or activities
  • Manage a team of House Supervisors and staff assigned to welfare and pastoral duties
  • Communicate effectively with international teenagers and adults, demonstrating cultural awareness and sensitivity
  • Work closely with the Centre and Activity Managers, Director of Studies, and Head Office Young Learners Team
