About the Role:

We are seeking Senior Property Claims Handlers to enhance our expanding team. If you possess a natural talent for connecting with individuals and are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service, you may be the ideal candidate.

The Property Claims division is tasked with overseeing all claims associated with Commercial Property. Collaborating with other sectors such as Casualty, Motor Engineering, and Commercial Motor, you will play a crucial role in achieving AXA Commercial's strategic goals while assisting clients in safeguarding their most valuable assets. The diversity of claims ensures a dynamic work environment.

At AXA, we prioritize smart working practices, enabling our employees to find the right balance between home and office work. You will spend at least 40% of your workweek away from home, whether at one of our office locations, visiting clients, or participating in industry events.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that each client feels appreciated and supported throughout their claims process, offering tailored and precise information based on your expertise.
  • Maintain composure and professionalism when faced with challenges, effectively assisting clients during their most critical times.
  • Take proactive steps and utilize available resources to secure the best outcomes for clients, addressing their unique needs related to their claims.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries while focusing on accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring timely completion of case notes and logs.
  • Identify potential fraudulent claims and escalate them for further investigation as necessary.

Working Hours: Your work schedule will be Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, totaling 35 hours per week, with no weekend obligations.

Training and Development:

You will participate in a structured training program led by our specialized trainers. Once you have gained proficiency in your role, you will transition to a hybrid working model, spending at least 40% of your week at our office.

Your Profile:

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in claims or case management is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong listening skills and confidence in engaging with clients and building relationships.
  • Professional demeanor, adaptability, and the ability to interact with various stakeholders, including legal representatives and insurance professionals.
  • Problem-solving skills and a unique perspective on situations.
  • A collaborative team player.
