Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our team at Pulse Healthcare. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in providing expert care to infants, toddlers, children, and adolescents with cerebral palsy, utilizing evidence-based practices and innovative techniques to optimize their physical function and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Treatment of motor deficits and functional impairments in pediatric patients, utilizing a range of therapeutic approaches, including neurodevelopmental, developmental biomechanical, sensory integration, motor learning, and cognitive rehabilitation.
  • Patient and caregiver training in the use of assistive technology devices, mobility devices, orthotic or prosthetic devices, to promote independence and enhance functional abilities.
  • Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to advance client needs and goals, ensuring seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Creation of a safe, professional, and supportive environment that empowers clients, families, and colleagues to succeed.

Requirements

  • HCPC registration
  • Good physical health and fitness, as therapeutic handling is manually intensive
