Job Title: Data & Digital Marketing Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Data & Digital Marketing Executive to join our team at H&H Group. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our digital marketing strategy to enhance our online presence, engage our audience, and drive our brand's growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, curate, publish, and manage high-quality content across all social media platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
  • Create and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Engage with our online community, respond to comments and messages promptly, and monitor user engagement and feedback.
  • Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, adjust strategies as needed, and provide regular reports on performance and insights.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, design, sales, regulatory, and global teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and integrated marketing efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to optimize our social media presence.
  • Plan and execute paid social media campaigns across UK, France, Italy, and German markets.
  • Support the team to execute marketing campaigns across UK, France, Italy, and German markets.
  • Create all social media content using Canva, Shutterstock, Plannable, and other relevant design tools.
  • Organize and manage offline events to promote brand awareness and engagement, ensuring seamless integration with online campaigns.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role, with a portfolio of successful social media campaigns.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and a strong understanding of social media platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to produce engaging content.
  • Thorough understanding of graphic design and video editing software.
  • Experience in event planning and management is a plus.
