A leading financial services firm is seeking an experienced CASS Oversight Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a progressive and growing business in the fund management industry.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide Oversight of CASS Controls and Processes: Ensure the effective implementation and maintenance of CASS relevant controls and processes with CASS impacts.
- Manage CASS Audits and Reconciliations: Handle CASS audits and day-to-day management of full and ad-hoc internal CASS audits, as well as oversee internal and external client asset and money reconciliations.
- Produce CASS Reports and MI: Produce CMAR by liaising with operational teams, collating data, and drafting reports for review by the Head of CASS, as well as provide various management information for stakeholders.
- Maintain CASS Policies and Procedures: Own and maintain all CASS Policies and Procedures, including handling annual due diligence updates on banks and custodians.
- Update Client Asset Committees: Update Client Asset committees and working groups as needed, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Job Requirements:
- 5 Years of CASS Experience: 5 years of experience within a CASS role, ideally within a similar buy-side focused firm.
- Excellent CASS Knowledge: Excellent CASS rulebook knowledge and a hands-on approach to building relationships across the business.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
