CASS Specialist

Compliance Professionals is seeking a highly skilled CASS Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in FCA CASS regulation and a proven track record of streamlining complex processes and implementing robust control environments.

Responsibilities:

* Ensure the business is fully compliant with FCA CASS regulations
* CASS-related regulatory reporting
* Drive forward process improvements with required controls
* Act as the Client Money Assets subject matter expert for the Company
* Reconciliation of cash stock breaks and overdraft monitoring
* Root cause analysis of breaks

Requirements:

* In-depth knowledge of FCA CASS regulation
* Ability to effectively streamline complex processes and implement a robust control environment
* Good knowledge of OTC and Listed Derivatives and Securities products (Repo, Loan, SLB, Buy/Sell)
* Managing the ongoing maintenance of the CASS Resolution Packs (CASS RP) including the monthly/quarterly oversight reporting and documentation of any findings
* Managing CASS breach register
* Navigating external audit
* Additional experience and working knowledge of EMIR, MIFIR and SFTR Regulatory reporting would be beneficial
