CASS Specialist, Regulatory Oversight Management

We are seeking a highly skilled CASS Specialist, Regulatory Oversight Management to join our Global Asset Safety team in London, United Kingdom. This role will work in a hybrid schedule and will be responsible for providing oversight and management of a range of UK CASS regulatory and governance deliverables.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical interpretation and guidance documents on the application of client asset safety regulations
- Act as client asset safety SME within breach lifecycle and change management framework
- Lead, manage, motivate, and coach a team to maximize their individual contribution and professional growth
- Strong verbal and written communication skills working with a wide range of stakeholders
- Contribute to a high-performance team ethos and foster an inclusive work environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of working experience in the financial services sector
- Experience of working with a range of functional stakeholders, including senior management roles
- Strong understanding and working knowledge of the UK CASS requirements applicable to a global custody bank
- 3-5 years of working experience related to UK CASS regulations
- Awareness of client asset safety regimes in non-UK jurisdictions
- Experience of working in an Agile environment
- Experience from an audit or consultancy background
