CASS Oversight Manager

A leading fund management business is seeking an experienced CASS professional to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a progressive and growing organization.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide strategic oversight of CASS-related controls and processes.
- Manage CASS audits, including full and ad-hoc internal audits.
- Develop and maintain CASS policies and procedures.
- Oversee the CASS breaches register and ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with operational teams to ensure effective CASS monitoring.
- Produce key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- 5+ years of experience in a CASS role, preferably in a similar buy-side firm.
- Excellent knowledge of the CASS rulebook.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
