About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Secretary to join our team at Page Personnel Finance. As a Legal Secretary, you will play a crucial role in supporting our lawyers and paralegals in their daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diary Management: Manage and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for our lawyers and paralegals.
  • Client Communication: Handle client queries, respond to emails, and ensure that all correspondence is dealt with in a timely and professional manner.
  • Document Management: Organize and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including scanning and saving documents to our document management system.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our lawyers and paralegals, including preparing documents, making travel arrangements, and managing expense claims.
  • IT Support: Assist with the maintenance of our IT systems, including updating contacts and distribution lists in Outlook and preparing Excel spreadsheets.
  • Specialist Duties: Perform specialist duties, including finance, marketing, and business development tasks.
Requirements
  • Excellent Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • IT Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with lawyers, paralegals, and clients.
