You will be responsible for reviewing designs for quality and compliance with contracts, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.

You will take on real responsibility, working on live projects, learning from our experts, and applying your skills to key tasks.
- You'll have the opportunity to build a wider understanding of the construction industry and how your preferred specialism fits into the bigger picture of what we do here.
- There will be exposure to additional areas like Health & Safety and sustainability, allowing you to tailor the program to your interests.
- You'll have support from a supervisor and a taught program of learning, both of which will help you on your journey towards chartership.
- Throughout the program, you'll be encouraged to share your ideas and challenge the norm, contributing to a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- In year two of your program, chartership will be available if you wish to pursue it with the support of ISG.
