Classroom Supervisor Job Description

Protocol Education is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Classroom Supervisor to join our team. As a Classroom Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting the teaching and learning process in a mainstream secondary school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and delivery of lessons across various departments.
  • Support the management of student behavior, adhering to the school's behavior and safeguarding policy.
  • Create a positive and engaging learning environment that fosters student growth and development.
  • Take on pastoral responsibilities, including the possibility of leading a form group.
  • Opportunity to develop additional skills and expertise in your chosen subject or department.

  • Confidence, resilience, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for teaching and supporting young people.
