Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the planning and delivery of lessons across various departments.
  • Manage student behavior in line with the school's behavior and safeguarding policy.
  • Create a positive and engaging learning environment.
  • Take on pastoral responsibilities, including the possibility of owning a form group.
  • Opportunity to take on additional responsibilities in your chosen subject or department.
