As a Classroom Supervisor, you will be responsible for presenting cover lessons to classrooms, supervising and supporting pupils while they attempt tasks, and aiding students in accessing and understanding the curriculum. You will also be responsible for monitoring behavior and welfare of pupils, and helping to ensure all students have access to equal opportunities.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent interpersonal communication skills, including speaking and listening in a group environment. You will also need to have the passion and drive to create a fun atmosphere for the class and push a positive 'want to learn' attitude.
