About the Role:
Hello Education is seeking a dedicated and passionate Classroom Support Specialist to join our team. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the educational progress of our students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and engage students in their learning, promoting a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Deliver pre-prepared lessons, maintaining high standards of teaching and learning.
- Support the educational progress of our students, working closely with the class teacher to ensure continuity.
- Utilize strong behavior management skills to maintain a well-organized and respectful classroom.
- Be flexible and adaptable, covering a range of subjects and age groups as needed.
Requirements:
- A genuine passion for education and a desire to inspire students.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced educational environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively with students and staff.
- A positive and patient attitude, with a commitment to supporting the educational progress of our students.
