About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Subcontractor Coordinator to join our team at Integral UK Ltd. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and ensuring the smooth operation of our sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Management: Oversee day-to-day site management activities, including site functionality, escalation management, planning, and client satisfaction.
  • Health and Safety: Work in accordance with health and safety measures and promote best practice amongst colleagues, contractors, and vendors at all times.
  • Risk Management: Review and approve risk assessments and follow safety protocols to ensure compliance and safety on site.
  • Documentation Management: Manage and review health and safety documentation to ensure compliance and safety on site.
  • Contractor Management: Ensure compliance with JLL and client policies, and procedures including statutory compliance and standard operating procedures.
  • Service Delivery: Deliver or delegate service requests to ensure all requests are actioned within the agreed timeframe meeting Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure contractor safety, housekeeping, and cleanliness are delivered to the highest standard.
  • Relationship Building: Build relationships with internal and external customers, including Rolls-Royce stakeholders, partners, and vendors to ensure the best client experience.
  • Communication: Communicate efficiently to keep the client and management team informed of any elevated risks or events.
  • Leadership: Provide leadership, direction, and mentoring to the JLL team and vendors on site to promote a positive and engaged team culture.
About You
  • Experience: You have direct contractor management experience and associated team management skills to deliver services.
  • Technical Skills: You have experience using a Computerized Maintenance Management system for managing contractors.
  • Industry Knowledge: You have knowledge of in-country requirements related to building regulations, H&S, contractors, statutory regulations, etc.
  • Problem-Solving: You are an active problem solver and can meet tight deadlines and work efficiently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Communication: You have good communication skills and are open to sharing ideas for improvement.
  • Adaptability: You are adaptable to work to requests and projects that may vary from day to day.
