About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Marketing & Communications Team as a Student Recruitment & Events Officer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Foster strong relationships with local schools and communities to promote our colleges as the ultimate choice for students.
  • Collaborate with our marketing and curriculum teams to create engaging resources, presentations, and workshops to showcase our college's offerings.
  • Provide valuable information, advice, and guidance to diverse audiences, lead informal class discussions, and facilitate interactive workshops.
  • Represent the college at external events, meeting potential students, parents, teachers, and careers advisors throughout East and West Sussex.
  • Organise and oversee a variety of engaging events, from Open Days to Taster Sessions and beyond.

Requirements

  • A valid driving license and the ability to travel independently to external venues with marketing equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
