About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in campaign management, lead generation, and digital marketing. You will be responsible for creating and implementing comprehensive marketing campaigns across all digital channels, with a particular focus on LinkedIn and email marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Campaign Strategy and Planning:
    Develop and implement marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and support business objectives.
    Conduct market research to identify target audiences and define campaign goals and metrics.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign strategies with broader marketing and business objectives.
  2. Performance Tracking and Reporting:
    Monitor and analyse campaign performance using metrics such as CTR, conversion rates, and ROI.
  3. Website and Social Media:
    Implement campaign-related web and social initiatives.
    Evolve the company website to be a more effective and useful campaign/lead generating resource.
  4. Event Campaign Marketing:
    Work with the Events Manager to plan and execute marketing campaigns for virtual and in-person events.

Ideal Candidate:

  1. Talented, ambitious, and creative individual with a proven track record in campaign management and digital marketing.
  2. Highly analytical, organised, confident, and self-assured with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  3. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  4. Proficiency with LinkedIn, email marketing platforms, and CRM systems.
  5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
