Marketing Manager Job Description

The Event Communications Team at Goodwood Estate oversees a diverse portfolio of brands, including the Festival of Speed, Goodwood Revival, and Goodwood Classic Solutions insurance. We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of marketing strategies for these events and membership club products, with the goal of driving acquisition, retention, and effective communication with customers.

You will collaborate closely with PR & Marketing colleagues, Event Operations, Digital, Content, and Partnership teams to implement your plans, supported by a Marketing Executive. This role requires a commercial acumen, the ability to meet budget targets, and a high standard of communication and creativity in marketing activities.

  • Demonstrable experience in a similar marketing role is essential.
  • A passion for cars, motorsport, and/or premium lifestyle products is advantageous.
  • A creative thinker with a can-do attitude and the ability to quickly adapt to new situations is required.
