Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Aerospace Repair Design Engineer to join our team at Searchability NS&D. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating and validating repairs on metallic and composite structures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure all requirements are met and adhere to airworthiness regulations, methods, and capability guidelines.
  • Create and coordinate engineering documentation to deliver the required technical data for repairs.
  • Collaborate with Stress Engineers to design and validate repairs to damaged aircraft structures.
Requirements
  • Aircraft Structural Engineering background with experience designing repairs and working with spares.
  • Understanding of CATIA V5 and ability to read production drawings.
  • Ability to undergo a BPSS check.
