Learning and Development Officer

We are partnering with a charity to find an experienced Learning and Development Officer to join their team on a 6-month fixed-term basis.

The purpose of this role is to provide an exceptional learning and development experience for the charity's employees and ensure the efficient running of related systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Learning Management System (Litmos) on a day-to-day basis to create and manage training events, as well as monitor compliance and maintain individual training records on the HR Information System (Natural HR).
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate information relating to learning and development on internal communications platforms, write promotional items, and otherwise promote learning events using the organization's communication channels.
  • Participate in learning and development projects as appropriate, which may include launching new features in a system.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong data analysis skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office, as well as experienced in using various systems such as Learning Management Systems (LMS), Performance Management Systems, and HR Information Systems (HRIS).

The role also demands accurate data inputting, record-keeping skills, and excellent organizational and time management abilities, including the capacity to multi-task and work independently.

A passionate advocate for learning and development, the candidate should demonstrate a commitment to their own self-development.
