Job Description:

Stanton House is seeking a qualified chartered finance professional to join their commercial finance team as a FP&A Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a finance expert to play a pivotal role in driving strategic decisions, managing budgets, and developing KPI dashboards for a private equity backed, consumer goods business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate month-end close and present P&L reports to the Executive team
  • Drive strategic decisions by providing analysis and guidance to the business
  • Manage budgets and develop KPI dashboards to support process improvements and automations
  • Partner with the Executive team to support continuous improvements across the finance team and wider business
  • Be involved with system implementations to support business growth

Requirements:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
  • Strong excel and systems skills
