The Onboarding Associate will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for contractors, sales partners, and internal teams. This position requires a high level of customer service, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough background checks, including referencing, criminal, education, employment, and credit checks.
  • Ensure adherence to client and internal onboarding requirements.
  • Issue contracts to candidates in accordance with internal and client procedures.
  • Audit and administer provided documents to guarantee compliance with internal policies.
  • Conduct checks on limited companies to prepare contracts.
  • Perform peer-to-peer audits on compliance packs.
  • Attend regular training sessions on compliance matters and legislation.
  • Manage onboarding cases through a workflow tool.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Update contractor onboarding status for sales partners and online portal.
  • Responsible for data entry, validation, and integrity for all information entered into key systems.
  • Develop strong relationships with peers in other departments and sales partners to support business objectives.
  • Advise consultants and contractors on policies, compliance, and relevant information.
  • Complete ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the manager.
