About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Document & Business Support Specialist to join our team at May & Stephens. As a key member of our support team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our directors and senior associates, including diary management, expense processing, travel bookings, and other ad-hoc tasks.
  • Document Production: Produce high-quality client documents and reports, using company style and formatting guidelines.
  • Document Management: Manage the lifecycle of document production, from creation to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Template Management: Create and maintain document templates, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Reporting: Produce reports according to service standards, using data and analytics to inform business decisions.
  • Support and Collaboration: Provide support to our operational teams, including CV production, presentations, and digital transformation initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar professional services role, ideally within the same industry.
  • Skills: Advanced Office 365 skills, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent communication and attention to detail.
  • Education: Microsoft Office Specialist certification or equivalent.
