Construction Liability Underwriter Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Construction Liability Underwriter to join our team at John Williams Recruitment. This is a remote working position covering the Midlands and North of England.

The ideal candidate will have experience in underwriting construction liability risks, including PL, EL, Excess Loss, CAR, and Construction combined. They will be responsible for managing broker relationships, dealing with day-to-day queries, quotes, adjustments, and renewals.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop and grow their own panel of brokers. The role offers a competitive salary and an exceptional bonus ranging from 10% to 25%.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Underwrite construction liability risks for contractors and small trades
  • Manage broker relationships and daily queries
  • Deal with quotes, adjustments, and renewals
  • Grow and develop own panel of brokers

Requirements:

  • Experience in construction liability underwriting
  • Strong knowledge of PL, EL, Excess Loss, CAR, and Construction combined
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
