Job Summary:

CastleView Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process a wide range of products, accurately identifying and storing them in designated areas.
  • Operate a hand-held scanner to efficiently pick and pack items for delivery, maintaining high levels of accuracy and productivity.
  • Load and unload vehicles, ensuring safe and efficient loading and unloading procedures.
  • Participate in inventory management, accurately counting and reporting stock levels to ensure accurate inventory records.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals, maintaining a positive and supportive work environment.

Shift Options:

We offer a range of shift options to accommodate different lifestyles, including:

  • 0-40 hours per week, with competitive hourly rates for day and night shifts.
  • 40-50 hours per week, with a higher hourly rate for increased productivity.
  • 50-60 hours per week, with a premium hourly rate for exceptional performance.
