Account Manager for Water Treatment Solutions

WCS Group is a prominent player in the water treatment and hygiene industry. We are in search of a dedicated and experienced Water Hygiene Account Manager to enhance our operations.
Role Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily management of various water treatment and hygiene contracts.
- Facilitate the initiation of contract delivery for new agreements.
- Address ongoing client inquiries and compliance matters promptly and professionally.
- Evaluate operational performance and communicate any concerns to the delivery team as necessary.
- Track financial key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement actions to maintain budget compliance.
- Conduct quarterly reviews of accounts to identify potential risks of account loss and explore opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Negotiate contract renewals with existing clients.
- Reach out to previous clients to gauge interest in re-engagement.
- Demonstrated success in account management.
- Proven sales abilities with a track record of meeting targets.
- Experience in cultivating strong client relationships.
- Exceptional presentation, planning, and organizational skills.
- Essential experience in water treatment and hygiene, including knowledge of cooling towers, steam boilers, heating and chilled closed systems, secondary disinfection, and chemical treatment, along with familiarity with industry standards such as ACOP L8, HSG274, and BS 2486:1997.
- Self-driven with proficient IT skills and experience with CRM systems.
- Valid UK driving license.

- Competitive base salary up to £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
