Opportunity in Water Treatment Management

WCS Group is a prominent player in the water treatment and hygiene sector. We are currently in search of a dedicated and skilled Water Hygiene Account Manager to enhance our operations.

Role Overview:
As a Water Hygiene Account Manager, you will take charge of the continuous management of various water treatment and hygiene contracts. Your role will involve collaborating closely with clients to ensure their needs are met while identifying avenues for account expansion and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily management of multiple water treatment and hygiene accounts.
  • Assist in the initiation of contract delivery for new agreements.
  • Address ongoing client inquiries and compliance matters promptly and professionally.
  • Evaluate operational performance and communicate any concerns to the delivery team as necessary.
  • Track financial key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to keep accounts within budget.
  • Conduct quarterly reviews of accounts to uncover potential risks of account loss and explore upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Negotiate contract renewals with existing accounts.
  • Reach out to former clients to gauge interest in re-engagement.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in account management.
  • Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting targets.
  • Ability to cultivate robust relationships with clients.
  • Exceptional presentation, planning, and organizational skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of water treatment and hygiene practices is essential, including familiarity with cooling towers, steam boilers, heating and chilled closed systems, secondary disinfection, and chemical treatment, as well as relevant industry guidelines.
  • Self-driven with proficient IT skills and experience with CRM systems.
  • Valid UK driving license.
