Export Sales Administrator Opportunity

We are thrilled to partner with a leading supplier in the automotive industry to offer an exciting opportunity for a skilled Export Sales Administrator.

This role involves preparing and processing export documentation, creating accurate invoices, and communicating with customers regarding order dispatch and export procedures. If you are a proactive and organized individual who thrives in a dynamic environment, this could be the perfect fit for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and record export documentation for customers outside the UK.
  • Create accurate invoices from customer orders.
  • Compile packing lists and ensure the correct preparation of customs documentation.
  • Communicate with customers regarding order dispatch and provide advice on export procedures.
  • Maintain competitive shipping and air freight costs.
  • Review and approve courier invoices.
  • Take on additional duties as required to support the team.
