We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Site Administrator to provide administrative support for our international renewables company. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring an efficient working environment and providing excellent support to our project team.
Key Responsibilities:- Liaise with local vendors and suppliers to ensure seamless operations
- Manage office and site supplies, including ordering and inventory control
- Assist with setting up and maintaining agreements for accommodations and travel arrangements
- Upload documents to SharePoint and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate events and team-building activities
- Perform other administrative tasks as required
- Experience working with SAP and Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
