Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our team at Granville Respite Support. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of care professionals in providing high-quality support services to our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of care professionals in providing person-centered support services
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each guest
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality care services that meet regulatory standards
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide coaching and feedback to team members
Requirements
- Previous experience in leading a team or managing a care service
