The Employee Experience Business Partner Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Partner to work closely with managers and key stakeholders to build the people capability and shape effective strategies and activities within the organization. The successful candidate will focus on recruitment, retention, engagement, and the overall employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Senior Leadership Team to support the business strategy from a people perspective, including recruitment of new talent, retention of key personnel, and reward strategies.
  • Utilize HR information systems to gather people data and insights on key people metrics such as absence, staff turnover, cost per hire, etc.
  • Provide a proactive HR service, including employee relations, resourcing, people development, performance management & reward, as well as involvement in workforce planning and resource management.
  • Ensure compliance with employment law requirements by staying up-to-date on existing and new legislation.
  • Work with the Director of Employee Experience to create and maintain a company culture and people approach that supports the business strategy.
  • Contribute to the implementation of people strategies and plans, including employee engagement initiatives.
  • Create and update people policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Experience in Human Resources, either in a HR Generalist, Advisor, or Business Partner role.
