Commercial Finance Business Partner

Are you a qualified accountant with a passion for business partnering and a desire to drive financial performance? We're seeking a Commercial Finance Business Partner to join our team at Redde Northgate plc.

About the Role

This is a high-profile role that combines financial expertise with strategic influence. As a Commercial Finance Business Partner, you'll provide financial advice and analytical decision support to our senior teams, building strong relationships and acting as a trusted adviser.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the forecasting process for FMG volumes, revenue, and overhead costs
  • Oversee the production of monthly reporting packs, providing valuable insight and commentary on financial and non-financial performance indicators
  • Conduct periodic reviews of customer profitability and provide guidance on maximizing revenue and controlling costs
  • Drive financial performance through new initiatives, product development, and ad hoc project support
Requirements
  • Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent) with solid business partnering experience
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of the key drivers of our business
  • Experience of establishing professional and positive relationships with stakeholders of varying seniority
