About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Partner to join our team at STADA Thornton & Ross. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will work closely with our Directors and extended leadership team to ensure the successful implementation of our Culture and People Plan.

Your primary focus will be on executing the Culture & People Plan, ensuring we have the right people in the right place at the right time, with a workforce that feels engaged and enabled to deliver exceptional performance.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement strategies to promote a culture and environment that is productive, open, empowering, safe, and inclusive.
  2. Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Business Partner, Learning & Development Business Partner, and Performance & Reward Business Partner to shape and implement people-related initiatives.
  3. Ensure employees have a contract of employment with terms and conditions that provide protection to both the employee and the business.
  4. Maintain an up-to-date Employee Handbook and Policies/Procedures, implemented and adhered to by employees.
  5. Deliver expert advisory services across the remit of Culture & People activities to leadership and employees.
  6. Take prompt action relating to employee issues in accordance with company policy and employment legislation.
  7. Coach line management to ensure fair and consistent treatment of people.
  8. Implement the company's code of conduct and company policies and procedures for employees to raise issues confidentially.
  9. Embed a performance management culture that ensures individual SMART objectives are in place and supports the organisation's mission and strategy.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a CIPD Level 5 in HR Management. You will have excellent career opportunities to further grow your expertise and gain wide and varied end business exposure working with our Commercial, Marketing, Finance & Supply Chain teams.

We offer a hybrid working arrangement, 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), and the opportunity to buy up to 5 days leave.
