Commercial Finance Business Partner

Are you a qualified accountant with a passion for business partnering and a desire to drive financial performance? We're seeking a Commercial Finance Business Partner to join our team at Redde Northgate plc.

About the Role

As a Commercial Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing financial advice and analytical decision support to our senior teams. You will build strong relationships with stakeholders, challenge the status quo, and develop innovative solutions to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the forecasting process for FMG volumes, revenue, and overhead costs
  • Oversee the production of monthly reporting packs and provide valuable insight and commentary on financial and non-financial performance indicators
  • Conduct periodic reviews of customer profitability and provide guidance on maximizing revenue and controlling costs
  • Drive financial performance through new initiatives, product development, and ad hoc project support
What You'll Need
  • Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent) with solid business partnering experience
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of the key drivers of our business
  • Experience of establishing professional and positive relationships with stakeholders of varying seniority
