About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Finance Business Partner to join our team at Redde Northgate plc. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in providing financial expertise and strategic guidance to our senior leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide financial advice and analytical support to the Managing Director and senior teams to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization to understand business needs and develop strategic solutions.
  • Lead the forecasting process for volumes, revenue, and overhead costs, and oversee the production of monthly reporting packs.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of customer profitability and provide guidance on maximizing revenue and controlling costs.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and drive financial performance through new initiatives, product development, and ad hoc project support.
Requirements
  • Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent) with solid business partnering experience.
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of the key drivers of our business and how they interact.
  • Experience of establishing professional and positive relationships with stakeholders of varying seniority.
