Accident and Emergency Nurse Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and motivated nurse to join our Emergency Nursing team at band 6. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our Emergency Nursing services.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement nursing care plans in consultation with the Ward Sister and multidisciplinary team.
- Manage and supervise nursing staff, ensuring that they are aware of their roles and responsibilities in delivering high-quality patient care.
- Participate in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care programs for patients in your charge.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure that patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to improve patient care and safety.

Requirements- NMC Registered Nurse with experience in Accident and Emergency or Critical Care.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to adapt to change and prioritize tasks effectively.
