We are seeking an experienced and motivated nurse to join our Emergency Nursing team at band 6. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our Emergency Nursing services.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement nursing care plans in consultation with the Ward Sister and multidisciplinary team.
- Manage and supervise nursing staff, ensuring that they are aware of their roles and responsibilities in planning, prescribing, and evaluating nursing care.
- Participate in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care programs for patients in your charge.
- Collaborate with the Ward Sister and other team members to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance patient care.
- Ensure that patient care is delivered in a safe, efficient, and effective manner, commensurate with sensitivity to patient needs.

Requirements- NMC Registered Nurse

- Diploma in Nursing/Willingness to undertake
- Significant post-registration experience in A&E department or Critical Care setting
