Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team of healthcare professionals in the Intensive Care Unit (ITU) at Glan Clwyd Hospital.

About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse in the ITU, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients. You will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent care and support to patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide constant monitoring and care for patients in the ITU
  • Support emergency admissions, planned admissions, and post-surgery patients and their families
  • Communicate clinical information effectively to ensure understanding
  • Safely identify, prepare, check, and assemble equipment required for patient care
  • Adhere to the NMC professional Code of Conduct
Requirements:
  • Be a registered nurse with 6 months recent NHS experience within the last 3 years
  • Pass an enhanced background check
