Position Summary: We are seeking a Facilities Operations Coordinator to play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our prestigious office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a vital member of the Facilities Services team, contributing to a high standard of service delivery.
  • Work hours are from 8am to 5pm, collaborating with a dedicated team of 23 professionals.
  • Support audits and inspections, ensuring compliance and follow-up actions are executed on-site.
  • Monitor performance targets and ensure all tasks are completed effectively, efficiently, and safely.
  • Oversee the activities of suppliers and subcontractors, including performance assessments as required.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including processing purchase orders, managing goods receipting, and reconciling monthly billing for variable works.
  • Utilize CAFM systems for updates and reporting.
  • Identify opportunities for service delivery improvements and implement necessary changes.
  • Ensure that customer service remains a priority in all aspects of facilities management.
  • Compile and present monthly reports as directed by management.
  • Assist with operational tasks during peak periods or staff shortages to maintain service continuity.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, developing effective account management strategies and enhancing collaboration between operational teams and client representatives.
