Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a PTS Administrator. This role will provide administrative support to the Quality & Performance Manager and the Quality & Performance Team Leader in delivering Non-Contracted PTS activity.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate costing for this activity, maintaining PTS Online relating to user Access Accounts and compliance, and supporting the maintenance and development of the PTS Cleric System.
Main Duties of the Job
- Monitor requests for NON Contract Activity (NCA) and liaise with CCGs to raise transport payment authorisation.
- Maintain full CAD system records to support NCA procedures.
- Provide weekly reports to the finance department to facilitate invoice generation for all NWAS NCA.
- Extract rostering profile from GRS and transfer details into Cleric to create NWAS PTS shift structure.
- Monitor requests for PTS Online access and manage Cleric users and maintain group compliance.
- Manage PTS Online users and maintain group compliance.
- Support the Quality & Performance Manager with Cleric System developments and maintenance of system integrity.
- Provide administration support for Cleric system developments and updates.
Working for Our Organisation
North West Ambulance Service NHS Trust provides 24-hour, 365-day accident and emergency services to those in need of emergency medical treatment and transport.
We also provide non-emergency patient transport services for those patients who require non-emergency transport to and from hospital and who are unable to travel unaided because of their medical condition or clinical need.
Alongside the other emergency services, we also work to ensure the safety of the public and treatment of patients in the event of a major incident.
We also deliver the NHS 111 service in the North West, providing non-emergency medical help fast, and available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Formal Qualifications
Essential Criteria
- Educated to diploma level, or have equivalent level of knowledge/experience.
- Minimum of English & Mathematics GCSE Grade C or above or equivalent qualifications.
Desirable Criteria
- ECDL Qualification Typing/Word/Data Processing.
Personal Qualities

- Ability to manage and organise own challenging workload.
Previous Experience
Essential Criteria
- Experience of working in the NHS or similar large organisation.
- Implementing new procedures and/or systems.
Desirable Criteria
- Providing training to large groups of staff.
- Evidence of effective operation and understanding of the Cleric system or similar passenger logistics application.

- Experience of dealing with conflict and challenge when managing NCA journey procedures.
