Job Title: Senior HR Advisor with Travel

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Advisor with Travel experience to join our team at BNP Paribas Personal Finance. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to our employees and leaders across the globe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to effectively manage all aspects of employee relations
  • Provide advisory support during hearings and meetings, including flexible working requests, disciplinaries, grievances, and performance discussions
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HR queries from colleagues and leaders
  • Work with HR colleagues to deliver the HR strategy, contributing to various projects and initiatives
  • Assist in developing and evolving HR processes and policies
  • Stay updated on HR best practices and legislative changes

Requirements:

  • Experience working in an HR or operational people environment
  • Strong capability in managing employee relations (ER) cases
  • CIPD Foundation qualification (preferably Level 3)
