Job Title: HR Advisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team at BNP Paribas Personal Finance. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in managing employee relations, providing advisory support, and collaborating with HR Business Partners to deliver a customer-focused HR service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to effectively manage all aspects of employee relations
  • Provide advisory support during hearings and meetings, including flexible working requests, disciplinaries, grievances, and performance discussions
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HR queries from colleagues and leaders
  • Work with HR colleagues to deliver the HR strategy, contributing to various projects and initiatives
  • Assist in developing and evolving HR processes and policies
  • Stay updated on HR best practices and legislative changes

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a HR or operational people environment
  • Strong capability in managing employee relations (ER) cases
  • CIPD Foundation qualification (preferably Level 3)
